For many travellers to Paris, one of the most exciting city enticements is la cuisine française. From the traditional classic dishes to newer, innovative recipes, Parisian restaurants tempt the taste buds. One recommended establishment is Le Labo Culinaire, which specialises in participatory workshops that are fun and convivial. You’ll mingle with fellow food lovers and learn tips and tricks from talented chefs. The school is not limited to French cuisine, though. Prices range from 39 to 89 euros per person, depending on the specific class and its duration. The English cooking class called “The Bistrot Menu” lasts three hours and costs 99 euros per person. You’ll prepare a three-course menu starting with beef tartare, followed by duck breast glazed with honey and spices, then finish with a chocolate fondant with vanilla cream.
